The Magic Negro
Utopia awaits!!!!
Go Obama!
Obama also called for better preventative health care and universal health insurance.
"By the end of my first term as president, we can have universal health care in this country. We can do that," he said standing in front of an enormous American flag.
Can I have a free TV too? How about a sports car for every American?

I salute you, and as Chairman of the CUAPC [Citizens United Against Political Correctness] am proud to award you with our Medal of Distinguished Service for referring to a black man as a "Negro". Even better would have been "colored" or "ni**er". Your stubborn refusal to acknowledge that the 19th and early 20th centuries have come and gone warms the cockles of my bigoted heart.
Somewhere Nathanial Bedford Forrest and James Earl Ray are smiling.
Sincerely,
Ronnie Ray Boudreaux
President and Chairman, CUAPC
Hey Anonymous...
I was simply quoting the
Los Angeles Times (i.e. The Democrat Times of LA) so you should redirect your sarcasm elsewhere.
"But it's clear that Obama also is running for an equally important unelected office, in the province of the popular imagination — the "Magic Negro."
Is Negro really an off-limits word? What about Caucasian?
What is the appropriate terminology here?

I was kinda bummed out that you didn't title your post ObamaHusseinBarack. Or maybe Obama StalinBarack.
