Why can't these clowns find a real issue to worry about?

I'm sure their reasoning lies somewhere between promote the general welfare and provide for the common defense.

We cannot tighten up our southern border, but we must tighten up that there internet. Oh well.. it's in the name of "protecting children", so it must be ok. Right? Right?
